What drying method is used for our fruits, and why is it so good?
We use refractance window drying to gently dry our premium fruits. We use this method because it provides the highest level of preservation of volatile vitamins and nutrients in food powders compared with any other drying method. This means that antioxidants, water soluble vitamins like vitamin C and B vitamins can be retained to provide their health benefits.
