Covid 19 - Australia Post have advised to allow for extra shipping time during the pandemic and they are also unable to guarantee next day delivery for express postage within Australia.
Domestic
For all orders within Australia over $100, shipping is free (standard post), orders below $100 have standard post for $10 and option for express shipping for $15.
Online Orders are fulfilled between Monday and Friday.
Deliveries within Australia are made by Australia Post using parcel post. You should receive your package within 2-8 business days (1-4 days for express) depending on your location in Australia.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email containing Tracking Number.
International
International shipping for all orders is $30.
International orders will be delivered within 7 - 27 business days depending on your location.
DUTIES & TAXES
When your order is delivered to your country, duties and taxes may need to be payable. To find out if your order will be subject to any additional fees upon entry, you can check the threshold online or with your local customs office. Please check before you make a purchase as we are unable to cover these fees for you. Please also make sure to check with your local quarantine to see if the ingredients in the item you purchased are restricted.
Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please email us your receipt number and you will be provided with a return address.
Once the item is received, your exchange item will be sent to you or a credit note issued (with no expiry date).
Sale items
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded but they can be exchanged.
